Installation Guidelines

Battery should be installed in a well-ventilated area in an upright position (unless otherwise specified by manufacturer). Ensure proper polarity and terminal torque during installation. Use only battery cables rated for DC backup systems and confirm charger compatibility before system power-up. Battery must be fully charged before initial operation to maximize lifespan and discharge performance.

System connections should follow manufacturer wiring schematics for the corresponding sump pump controller. Replace battery every 3–5 years or as required based on discharge cycles and inspection results.
