The Harris 331760 solder wire is a 95/5 tin-antimony alloy engineered for use in copper tube systems, specifically where lead-free compliance is required. Suitable for potable water plumbing and other general soldering tasks, this solder meets ASTM B32 Alloy Sb5 and is NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 certified for use in lead-free systems.
With a melting range beginning at 452°F, the alloy flows efficiently while providing excellent mechanical strength. It is designed to produce joints with a tensile strength of approximately 5500 psi when properly installed with compatible flux and torch settings. This solder wire is suitable for use with both hot and cold potable water lines, HVAC piping, and other copper joining applications where a strong, lead-free bond is essential.
