Taco 572-4 1″ Sweat Zone Valve – 24V Heat Motor, Normally Closed
The Taco 572-4 is a 1″ two-way zone valve designed for use in closed-loop hydronic heating systems. This model is part of Taco’s 570 Gold Series and is equipped with a heat motor actuator for consistent, low-noise performance. It opens automatically when energized and closes via return spring when power is removed.
Suitable for zoning applications in residential or light commercial hydronic systems, the valve features a twist-off actuator for field servicing, along with a manual lever for system purging and override during maintenance. The valve body is made from bronze and designed for sweat connections to standard copper tubing.
